How it works

From first conversation to your own system.

A high-touch, founder-led project: seven stages from understanding your business to launch — then sixty days of post-launch mentorship included, with optional ongoing support and development afterwards.

The process

Seven stages. One system. Built around your business.

  1. 01

    Discover

Jamie learns how your business actually operates — workflows, customers, staff, admin, current software and bottlenecks.

  2. 02

    Design

Map the ideal operating system: user types, workflows, automations, features, dashboards and integrations.

  3. 03

    Build

The bespoke system is created around your business — not around a fixed feature list.

  4. 04

    Refine

Jamie demonstrates it, you test it, and we adjust workflows and functionality together.

  5. 05

    Beta

Selected real customers use the system — we find the bugs, the confusing steps and the operational issues, then refine again.

  6. 06

    Launch

Roll out to your wider customer base, with onboarding and implementation support.

  7. 07

    Mentor

Sixty days of post-launch mentorship, helping your team understand, operate and maximise the new infrastructure — with optional ongoing support and development afterwards.

  8. You own the infrastructure behind your growth.

Your system

Built around how your business actually works.

Every stage of the process is anchored in how your business operates — not in a fixed feature template. This is a completed system built for a booking-led business — Urban Motion, Jamie's own dance school.

After launch

You don’t receive a login and get left to figure it out.

Launch support and sixty days of post-launch mentorship are included with every build — helping your team understand, operate and maximise the new infrastructure. Ongoing support and development are optional afterwards, on terms agreed with you before launch.

Before you commit

A clear plan for the changeover.

Moving from your current software

We review the records you need to keep, available exports, payment arrangements and existing integrations before deciding what should move. Migration work is included in the written scope.

Protecting day-to-day operations

The transition plan covers trialling the new system, checking the migrated data and agreeing when to switch. Existing bookings and payment arrangements need an explicit transition plan.

Your part in the build

You help explain your processes, provide the agreed content and data, and test the important journeys with Jamie. We agree who signs off each stage.

Timescale & testing

The timeline depends on scope, integrations, data quality and feedback. Your proposal sets milestones; beta testing checks real workflows before wider rollout.

Support after launch

Launch support and 60 days of mentorship help your team get comfortable. Any ongoing support arrangement sets out the contact route, scope, response expectations and charges.

Security & access

We scope staff permissions, sensitive information, data handling and recovery needs around your business. These requirements form part of the design and acceptance checks.
